Rufus Hussey – The Best Sling Shot Artist You’ll Ever See!

I was searching for a non-business related blog topic to post this week on The Senior List when my father in law sent me the most amazing video… of 65 year old Rufus Hussey. Some of you may remember his name, as he actually appeared on The Johnny Carson Show (just a few years back). I marvel at sharp shooters and quick draw experts… but Rufus does things a little differently. He makes his own sling shots, and is deadly accurate with them! This video is both entertaining and inspiring!

The lesson for us all is that pure, raw, unadulterated talent comes in many shapes, sizes, and ages. Mr. Hussey may be the only man on the planet to be able to perform these feats with a home made slingshot! It also occurs to me that over time, ordinary AND extraordinary people can hone their skills and be truly great at something they love.
