2017 List of Restaurant Discounts For Seniors!

Denny's Senior Discounts

Denny’s: Senior discounts varies by location, 15% off for AARP members. verified

Denny's Restaurants offer senior discounts at many locations, but like many franchisors, they don't have a policy across-the-board to govern senior discounts.  Denny's does offer a 55+ menu with smaller portions, and better prices. (We like this a lot!) If you're not sure about your local Denny's Restaurant, call ahead and ask.

About Denny's

Denny's has over 1,700 restaurants worldwide, and they continue to grow.  Denny's has been serving customers for over 60 years and they're open 24/7, every day of the year. From breakfast (anytime) to lunches and dinners, Denny's is, if nothing else, consistent.

In 1953, Harold Butler and Richard Jezak opened a donut stand in and called it “Danny’s Donuts”.  Their mission was “To serve the best cup of coffee, make the best donuts, give the best service, offer the best value and stay open 24 hours a day.” Today Denny's is a restaurant chain with a slightly different name, and a reputation for delivering on their mission.

Special Notes:

Introducing Denny's “No Kid Hungry” program. Denny's has helped connect hungry children with more than 43 million meals in the last 6 years. Here's what they say about their “No Kid Hungry” program:

“Every September, Denny’s locations across America participate in Share Our Strength’s Dine Out For No Kid Hungry™, a national fundraising event that brings together thousands of restaurants and millions of consumers to help make sure that no child in America grows up hungry.” – Denny's Restaurants

  1. I ordered from the 55 plus menu and the pancakes were very good. I also ordered coffee…. when I received the bill I couldn’t believe the price for a cup of coffee, I thought it was a mistake, it was just a regular cup of coffee… I called the waitress over and questioned the price of coffee, she said, yes that is the price… for seniors and everyone else…. I told her that I wasn’t at Starbucks… I don’t even go to Starbucks bc I can’t afford their regular coffee!!! This is just terrible!!!!

We put a red dot under our mugs for id. Had no problem until we presented them in Orem, UT. They stated that Denny’s had dropped the program. What’s with that Denny’s????
